Were are the videos with Dr. Mantovani? I can not seem to get either to work, even with the appropriate Microsoft software.
Try and use Quicktime Player.(It is provided with Itunes). The video is on this site and is a rather large streaming video. Thus your connection really should be high speed to ensure quality of the video
